Terms & Conditions

Enrollment: By enrolling in H & H Xpress CDL Training, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Payment: Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. Payment plans may be available upon request, subject to approval.
Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes and training sessions. Failure to attend may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Any disruptive behavior or violation of safety protocols will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Certification: Successful completion of the program does not guarantee the issuance of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Final certification is contingent upon passing the CDL exam administered by the relevant state licensing authority.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the discretion of H & H Xpress CDL Training and may be granted on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.
